Moyn is on demand transportation service which connect people and bring communities together. This privacy policy is for informing the users on term and description how we use, collect the received information of rides. Moyn value the privacy of individuals using our services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
Registration Information. When user sign up for Moyn account, user specify the country and provide us with phone number.

Payment Method. When user add a credit card or payment method to Moyn account, a third party that handles payments for us will receive the card information. To keep the financial data secure, we do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Communications. If user contact us directly via application, we may receive additional information. For example, when user contact our Customer Support Team, we will receive name in case of synchronization with social accounts, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, the phone and our application configurations and other information you choose to provide.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHILE USING THE APPLICATION
Location Information. The enabled location services are not obligated. The service can be used without switched on location. If you label certain favorite locations, such as “home” and “work,” we receive that information and the user can make an order easily. User’s location information is necessary for things like matching Riders with nearby Drivers, determining drop off and pick up locations.

Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, preferred language, and mobile network information.

Usage Information. In order to improve Moyn platform, we automatically receive information about user’s interactions, the actions within application during the daytime.

User Feedback. The rating system is implemented to give opportunity to rate every time after the ride and improve the services take into account the users feedback. Therefore in order to have this feedback we collect the data and analyze it correspondingly.

Address Book Contacts. Access to this information is not obligated. User can give the access in order to use “Payment method share” system easily by inviting the 3rd party by contacting address book.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We collect information through the use of “cookies” and similar technologies to understand how user navigate through the Moyn Platform and to learn what content is popular, and to save user’s preferences for more comfortable use.

INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES
Third Party Partners. We may receive additional information from third parties, which we combine with current information received through our on demand services. In case user add payment method rather than cash, share mentioned payment method with others or contact us through Customer Support we may receive information about you or your connections from that sources.

Identify and prevent fraud
Communicate with you including for marketing and promotional purposes

With drivers in order to provide you with requested services for instance phone number, pick up location
With third parties in order to provide with requested services
With third party user for whom you share your information through our platform
Users ratings of Drivers are shared with Drivers. We de-identify the ratings and feedback, but we can’t rule out that a driver may be able to identify the Rider that provided the rating or feedback.

Location Information. You can use our services without location information on in case of added favorite addresses or by typing your current address. Also you can switch off the location while not using our services.
